摘要
为深入揭示不同工艺条件下结晶器钢渣界面行为,采用Fluent流体力学软件对某钢厂断面为1 000 mm×230 mm的结晶器进行数值模拟。分析不同拉速(0.9~1.5 m/min)、水口倾角(12°~15°)和氩气流量(0~6 L/min)对结晶器钢渣界面波动的影响。结果表明,吹氩量为4 L/min时,拉速的增加会减小氩气泡上浮对结晶器水口附近钢渣界面的扰动,但靠近结晶器窄面处波高会随着拉速增大而加剧;氩气流量的增加使水口周围钢渣界面波动加剧,窄面附近波动由于氩气泡上浮对钢液湍动能的消耗增加而变得平稳;水口倾角对钢渣界面影响较大,倾角较小时,氩气泡上浮距离变短,水口周围和窄面附近波高和速度都比较大。
In order to reveal the behavior of the steel-slag interface of the mold under different process conditions, a mold with a section of 1 000 mm×230 mm is numerically simulated by Fluent fluid mechanics software. The effects of different casting speeds(0.9-1.5 m/min), nozzle angle(12°-15°) and argon blowing rate(0-6 L/min) on the speed and wave height of the mold steel-slag interface were analyzed. The simulation results show that when the argon blowing rate 4 L/min, the increase of the casting speed will reduce the disturbance of the steel-slag interface floating on the argon bubble near the submerged entry nozzle, but the wave height near the narrow surface of the mold will increase with the increase of the casting speed. The fluctuation of the interface is aggravated, the fluctuation near the narrow surface is smoothed by the increase of the consumption of the turbulent energy of the steel liquid from the floating argon bubble, the nozzle angle has a greater influence on the steel-slag interface, the nozzle angle is smaller, the floating distance of the argon bubble is shorter, and the wave height and speed are relatively large around the nozzle and near the narrow surface.
