摘要
目的回顾性分析北京市社区老年患者潜在不适当用药(PIM)的发生情况。方法选取在社区医疗机构就诊的老年患者的药学服务记录,以《中国老年人潜在不适当用药判断标准(2017年版)》为依据,评价在社区医疗机构就诊的老年患者的用药情况。结果纳入943例社区老年用药患者,存在可能与药物相关的PIM 295例(占31.28%),共包括25种/类药物,合计345项PIM,发生率较高的前3种/类药物分别为氯吡格雷90项(26.09%),艾司唑仑61项(17.68%),胰岛素55项(15.94%)。结论社区老年患者多病共存和使用多种药物情况普遍,较大比例存在PIM,有必要采取相关措施,进一步减少不合理用药,保证社区老年患者用药安全。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the occurrence of potentially inappropriate medication(PIM)use in elderly patients in a community in Beijing.Methods Select the pharmacy service records of elderly patients treated in community medical institutions to collect information,and based on the Judgment Criteria for Potentially Inappropriate Drug Use in the Elderly in China(2017 Edition),the drug use of elderly patients in community medical institutions was evaluated.Results The actual inclusion of 943 elderly patients with drug use in the community,295 cases(31.28%)of PIM use may be related to the drug,including a total of 25 kinds of drugs,a total of 345 PIM items,the first three kinds of drugs/category with a higher incidence rate The drugs were clopidogrel 90(26.09%),estazolam 61(17.68%),and insulin 55(15.94%).Conclusion The coexistence of multiple diseases and the use of multiple drugs are common among elderly patients in the community.A large proportion of elderly patients have PIM use.It is necessary to take relevant measures to further reduce irrational drug use and ensure the safety of drug use in community elderly patients.
