摘要
背冰是寒冬时节山西民间的人们裸着上身、背着冰块进行游行和表演的一项民俗活动,有“中国的狂欢节”“黄河岸边的奥林匹克”之美誉,并成功列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。通过文献资料法等方法,在简要分析背冰的起源与发展、形式与特点的基础上,探讨了背冰在全民健身的开展、尚武精神的重塑、民族传统体育文化的传承、冰雪运动的发展以及民族文化的国际传播等方面具有的重要价值。
Beibing is a unique folk custom in which the people of Shanxi Province parade and perform withice carriedon the backs of their naked upper bodies in the cold winter. The folk custom has been called“China’s Carnival”and“Olympics along the Yellow River”, and has been approved as a national intangible cultural heritage. Based on the brief analysis of the originand development, form and characteristics of Beibing, the author of this paper mainly discusses the sports value of Beibing by means of literature review and other methods. The author holds that Beibing is of great value in the development of national fitness, the re-cultivation of martial spirit, the inheritance of traditional Chinese sports culture, the development of ice and snow sports and the spread of the host culture of Beijing Winter Olympic Games.
