摘要
该文针对某装备上采用的液压伺服作动器测试过程中相频特性超差问题进行了分析。该问题定位于伺服阀的射流盘射流口被金属多余物堵塞,造成伺服阀流量增益下降,从而引起频率特性相位滞后。该文从系统模型上进行分析,分析了堵塞对系统频率特性的影响,并采取了有效措施。
This paper analyzes the out of tolerance of phase frequency characteristics in the test process of hydraulic servo actuator used in a certain equipment.The problem is that the jet port of the jet disc of the servo valve is blocked by metal surplus,resulting in the decrease of the flow gain of the servo valve,resulting in the phase lag of the frequency characteristic.Starting from the system model,this paper analyzes the influence of blockage on the frequency characteristics of the system,and takes effective measures.
