摘要
目的探讨超声心动图评估宽胸气雾剂(KA)对冠心病心绞痛患者心肌能量消耗(MEE)水平的变化临床意义。方法选取60例冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组(各30例),采集超声心动图图像,观察组给予舌下喷服KA,对照组给予舌下喷服0.9%氯化钠溶液,5 min后,重新测血压、采集图像。记录两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组心输出量(CO)减低,左室射血时间(LVET)缩短,MEE降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组VAS评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);收缩压及心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后MEE及VSA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论KA可以降低冠心病心绞痛患者的心肌能量消耗水平并有效改善患者的即时症状。
Objective To explore the significance of echocardiographic evaluation of changes and significance of Kuanxiong Aerosol(KA)on myocardial energy expenditure(MEE)in patients with coronary heart diseaseand angina pectoris.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.First,blood pressure was measured and echocardiographic images were collected.The experimental group was given sublingual KA and the control group was given sublingual 0.9%sodium chloride solution.After 5 minutes,blood pressure was measured and images were collected again.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection time(LVET)and MEE decreased in the experimental group(P<0.001).The VAS score in the experimental group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and heart rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in MEE and VSA scores before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion KA can reduce the level of MEE in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and effectively improve the immediate symptoms of the patients.
