基于双元超网络的中原城市群协同创新机制——以先进材料产业为例 被引量:3

Analysis on Synergy Innovation Mechanism of the "Central Plain" Urban Agglomeration Based on Dual Hyper-network: Taking Advanced Materials Industry as an Example

摘要 基于国家专利数据,依托专利合作与转让网络构建城市群创新超网络模型(UAI-HN),并运用该模型以中原城市群先进材料产业为对象分析揭示创新簇、创新元组、主体创新协同力与空间覆盖度、城市创新协同力与载体支撑力等协同创新机制特征。结果表明,中原城市群协同创新关系集中化程度较低,创新主体协同水平不均衡,自发性技术合作较为活跃;企业及所属研究平台协作能力突出,校企协同机制较为成熟,而科研院所创新支撑力不强且协作水平不高;群内城市间的创新协作分工清晰,同群外城市的创新协同度较高;以大学和以科技服务机构为中心的创新簇是中原城市群协同创新体系的核心。 Based on the national patent data and relying on the patent cooperation and transfer network, the Urban Agglomeration Innovation Hyper-Network model(UAI-HN) is constructed, and the model is used to analyze and reveal the synergy innovation characteristics of the advanced materials industry in the "central plain" urban agglomeration, such as innovation cluster, innovation tuple, collaborative innovation capability of subjects and spatial coverage, urban innovation synergy and carrier support. The results show that: the centralization degree of the collaborative innovation relationship in the "central plain" urban agglomeration is low, the level of collaboration among innovation subjects is unbalanced, and the spontaneous technical cooperation is more active;enterprises and their affiliated research platforms have outstanding collaboration capabilities, and the college-enterprise collaboration mechanism is relatively mature, while the innovation support of scientific research institutes is not strong and the level of collaboration is not high;the division of labor in innovation and collaboration among cities within the agglomeration is clear, and the degree of innovation collaboration among cities outside the agglomeration is relatively high;the innovation cluster centered on colleges and scientific and technological service institutions is the core of the collaborative innovation system of the "central plain" urban agglomeration.
