摘要
2022年4月(2022年4月1日0时至4月30日24时),全国(不含香港地区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病481403例,死亡2200例。其中,甲类传染病无发病死亡病例报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余23种乙类传染病共报告发病311106例,较上月(332134例)下降6%,较2021年同期(300219例)上升4%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、新型冠状病毒肺炎、肺结核、梅毒和淋病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94%。报告死亡2200例,较上月(2034人)上升8%(166例),较2021年同期(1548例)上升42%。
In April 2022(from 00:00,1 April to 24:00,30 April),a total of 481403 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2200 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan Province,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,no cases and no deaths were reported.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 23 communicable diseases in class B,311106 cases were reported,a decrease of 6%compared with last month(332134 cases)and an increase of 4%compared with the same period in 2021(300219 cases).
