干旱胁迫对红玉姜黄光合和叶绿素荧光参数的影响 被引量:10

摘要 探究红玉姜黄在干旱胁迫和复水过程中光合和叶绿素荧光的生理响应,为姜黄属植物抗旱性研究提供理论依据。以当年生红玉姜黄单株盆栽苗为试验材料,采用模拟自然干旱的盆栽控水试验,测定干旱胁迫第0、3、6、9、12天的土壤相对湿度、光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:在干旱胁迫期间,土壤相对湿度从第0天的81.11%分别下降至64.51%、43.47%、19.08%、9.05%;随着干旱胁迫的加剧,红玉姜黄的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)以及实际光能转化效率Y(Ⅱ)均逐渐降低,且参数间存在显著差异(p<0.05);而水分利用效率(WUE)、气孔限制值(Ls)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)则呈现上升趋势,其参数间也存在显著差异(p<0.05);复水3天后,各指标均有不同程度的恢复。研究表明,在干旱胁迫期间,红玉姜黄的光合和叶绿素荧光均发生了显著变化,气孔关闭引起了净光合速率(Pn)的下降,而复水后各项指标均能恢复,说明红玉姜黄具有一定的干旱适应能力。 To investigate the physiological response of photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence of Curcuma ’Hongyu’during drought stress and rehydration,and provide theoretical basis for the study of drought resistance of turmeric plants.In this study,the soil relative humidity,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured on days 0,3,6,9 and 12 of drought stress by potted water control test simulating natural drought using single potted seedlings of Curcuma ’Hongyu’ of the current year as test material.During drought stress,soil relative humidity decreased from 81.11% on day 0 to 64.51%,43.47%,19.08%,and 9.05%,respectively;with the intensifying of drought stress,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular COconcentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),photosynthetic electron transfer rate(ETR),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) and actual light energy conversion efficiency Y(II) gradually decreased,and there were significant differences among the parameters(p<0.05);while water use efficiency(WUE),stomatal limitation value(Ls),and non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ) showed an increasing trend,and there were also significant differences among the parameters(p<0.05).After 3 days of rehydration,all the indicators recovered to different degrees.The study showed that the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence of Curcuma ’Hongyu’ changed significantly during drought stress,and stomatal closure caused a decrease in net photosynthetic rate(Pn),while all the indicators recovered after rehydration,indicating that Curcuma ’Hongyu’ had certain drought resistance.
