摘要
目的探讨个性化饮食护理及健康教育在胃十二指肠溃疡中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年2月至2020年1月收治的70例胃十二指肠溃疡患者按照入院时间不同分为对照组(2018年2月至2019年1月)与观察组(2019年2月至2020年1月),每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化饮食护理及健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的干预总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腹痛、烧灼、反酸消失时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)Ⅰ、PGⅡ水平均低于对照组与干预前,自护能力测定量表(ESCA)、疾病认知评分均高于对照组与干预前(P<0.05)。结论个性化饮食护理及健康教育应用于胃十二指肠溃疡患者中的效果显著。
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized diet nursing and health education in gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods Seventy gastroduodenal ulcer patients admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were divided into control group(February 2018 to January 2019)and observation group(February 2019 to January 2020)according to different admission time,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given personalized diet nursing and health education.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,burning,acid reflux and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum pepsinogen(PG)Ⅰand PGⅡin the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before intervention,while the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and disease cognitive were higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized diet nursing and health education has remarkable effect in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer.
