摘要
为研究UHMWPE复合管道的整体热传导性能,运用ANSYS软件对DN200与DN100两种不同规格尺寸的UHMWPE衬塑管道在不同温度条件下进行稳态传热分析,结果表明UHMWPE复合管道的保温性能优于普通的单层碳钢管道;复合内部管道的工作温度越高其保温效果越好:内层UHMWPE衬塑管道越厚复合管道的保温效果越好。
In order to study the overall heat conduction performance of UHMWPE composite pipe,ANSYS software is used to analyze the steady-state heat transfer of two different sizes of UHMWPE-lined plastic pipe DN200 and DN100 under different temperature conditions.The results show that the thermal insulation performance of UHMWPE composite pipe is better than that of ordinary single-layer carbon steel pipe;the higher the working temperature of the composite internal pipe is,the better the thermal insulation effect is:the thicker the inner UHMWPE-lined plastic pipe is,the better the thermal insulation effect is.
