摘要
工作面不同推采速度下使顶板压力积聚,进而诱发煤壁片帮等矿压显现情况。为了解决不同推采速度下顶板安全问题,以黄陵二号煤矿420工作面为研究对象,通过现场实测、理论分析、数值模拟等研究方法,对工作面不同推进速度下的来压影响规律进行研究。结果表明,顶板载荷传递的速度与工作面推进速度呈正相关;停产造成的顶板压力积聚增高,采取切顶孔对工作面局部强制卸压,切顶孔布置位置及个数是影响悬顶长度主要因素;切顶孔卸压技术能有效缓解顶板压力积聚,保证工作面安全生产。
The roof pressure builds up under different mining speeds in the working face,which induces the strata pressure behavior such as rib fall of coal wall.In order to solve the problem of roof safety under different mining speeds,taking the 420 working face of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as the research object,through on-site measurement,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other research methods,the influence law of strata pressure at different mining speeds of the working face is studied.The results show that the speed of roof load transfer is positively related to the mining speed of the working face;the pressure build up of the roof caused by the production shutdown increased,and the top cutting holes were used to force the partial pressure relief on the part of working face,the location and number of the top cutting holes were the main factors affecting the length of the suspended roof;the pressure relief technology of the top cutting hole can effectively relieve the pressure build up of the roof and ensure the safe production of the working face.
