摘要
为了研究模型尺度和表面粗糙度对溢洪道水流结构的影响,利用CFD模型FLOW-3D进行数值建模。结果表明若仅使用建筑材料的一般粗糙度高度,则由表面粗糙度引起的流量、水面和顶部压力的数值误差不显著。当模型比例低于100或200时,模型尺度效应在可接受的误差范围内。粗糙度和尺度效应在以下更为严重,且随着表面粗糙度和模型比例的增加,任一截面上的最大速度都有所降低。随着上游水头的增加,出现最大流速的垂直位置位于较低位置,且与距溢洪道前端的距离呈线性增加。
in order to study the influence of model scale and surface roughness on the flow structure of spillway,the commercial CFD model FLOW-3D is used for numerical modeling in this paper.The results show that if only the general roughness height of building materials is used,the numerical errors of flow,water surface and top pressure caused by surface roughness are not significant.When the model scale is less than 100 or 200,the model scale effect is within the acceptable error range.The roughness and scale effect are more serious below,and the maximum velocity on any section decreases with the increase of surface roughness and model proportion.With the increase of upstream head,the vertical position where the maximum velocity occurs is located at the lower position,and the distance from the front end of the spillway increases linearly.
