摘要
针对双馈感应风力发电机参与系统一次调频的控制策略存在调频出力不足以及转速恢复导致频率二次跌落的问题,提出一种基于变系数控制的风电机组一次调频策略.首先将适合减载功率控制的风速段分为中低2个区间,并设置该区间所适应的减载策略;然后针对不同风速设计变系数控制策略,以转子动能和减载备用功率为参考依据来整定虚拟惯性系数和下垂系数;最后搭建四机两区仿真模型验证调频效果.实验结果表明,所提的变系数控制策略在频率波动时调频效果较好,与其他控制策略相比各项指标均较优,能有效地提升系统的频率稳定性.
With the increasing penetration of wind power,the control strategy of DFIG participating in primary frequency regulation has the problems of insufficient frequency regulation output and secondary frequency drop caused by speed recovery.Therefore,a variable-coefficient-control-based primary frequency regulation strategy of wind turbine is proposed.Firstly,the wind speed section suitable for load shedding power control is divided into two sections:middle and low section,and the load shedding strategy for the section is set;Then,the variable coefficient control strategy is designed according to different wind speeds,and the virtual inertia coefficient and droop coefficient are set according to the rotor kinetic energy and load shedding reserve power;Finally,the simulation model of four machines and two zones is built to verify the effect of frequency modulation.The experimental results show that the proposed variable coefficient control strategy has a better frequency modulation effect when the frequency fluctuates,and compared with other control strategies,all the indexesof the proposed strategy are better,which can effectively improve the frequency stability of the system.
