摘要
不同血清群钩端螺旋体(简称钩体)代表性菌株是钩体病主要流行菌群监测和疫苗及储备生产最重要的物质基础之一。由于钩体的培养和生长特性,目前仍没有成功解决钩体冻干保存方法,导致一直面临如何长期、有效保存钩体菌种的问题。为更好了解钩体的长期保存钩体方法研究进展,本文就钩体在不同环境的存活能力、各种不同保存钩体方法的优缺点以及面临的问题与挑战进行综述,以期助力钩体保存方法的标准化。
Representative strains from different serogroups of Leptospira are the most important material basis for Leptospira epidemiological isolate surveillance,vaccine production and reserve.Given the culture and growth characteristics of Leptospira,freeze-dried preservation of Leptospira has not been successfully developed.It is a challenge to preserve Leptospira strains for a long time.In order to better understand the research progress on long-term preservation of Leptospira,this article will review the survivability of Leptospirain different environments,the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of Leptospira preservation,as well as the problems and challenges faced,to facilitate standardization of Leptospira preservation methods.
