摘要
大学生在就业过程中,产生的诸多心理问题是影响他们就业的关键因素。研究指出培养大学生就业心理素质,增强大学生心理韧性,迫在眉睫。文章阐述大学生就业心理素质培养的必要性,指出大学生存在的就业心理问题及其成因,并为有效解决这一社会热点问题提出了建议。
It is well-known that college students'psychological problems in process of employment seems the key factors,which could affect students'employment.The paper tries to expound that it is ur-gent to cultivate students'employment psychological quality and enhance their psychological toughness.It is easy to find the necessity of cultivating students'employment psychological quality.Also,it is necessary to illustrate students'current employment psychological problems and causes.The purpose is to recommend some suggestions so as to solve this social hot issue.
