摘要
鉴于传统部件故障相关关系分析方法依赖专家经验,难以避免主观性,且一致性较差的现状,基于复杂网络分析法和统计分析方法,建立了系统故障相关关系网络模型。定量计算该模型的统计特征值,构建定性与定量相结合的维修方式逻辑决断图,可确定不同类型部件合理的维修方式。以地铁车辆转向架部件的维修方式决策过程为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
Since the conventional component fault correlation analysis method relies on expert experience,it is difficult to avoid subjectivity and poor consistency.A network model of fault correlation relationship of the system based on complex network analysis method and statistical analysis method is established.Statistical eigenvalues of the model are quantitatively calculated.Logical decision chart of qualitatively and quantitatively combined maintenance mode is constructed to determine the reasonable maintenance methods for different types of components.Finally,taking the decision-making process of metro vehicle bogie maintenance mode as an example,the effectiveness of the method is verified.
