重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者临床效果 被引量:7

Effects of Recombinant Human Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel Combined with Ultra Pulsed CO_(2) Laser in the treatment of acne patients with depressed scar

摘要 目的探讨对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者行重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的疗效。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月葫芦岛市中心医院收治的80例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组患者接受超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,观察组再配合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗。比较两组治疗效果、瘢痕症状改善情况、结痂时间以及治疗安全性情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分(5.54±0.39)分与瘢痕基底深度(96.44±3.99)μm显著低于对照组患者的VSS评分(6.39±0.54)分与瘢痕基底深度(112.15±6.65)μm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者结痂时间(8.12±0.50)d与红斑持续时间(16.54±1.33)d显著短于对照组患者的结痂时间(10.29±1.12)d与红斑持续时间(18.55±1.45)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者行重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗可有效促进瘢痕症状改善,结痂时间以及红斑持续时间显著缩短,临床治疗效果显著。 Objective To explore the curative effects of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with ultra pulsed CO_(2) laser in the treatment of acne patients with depressed scar. Methods From December 2019 to December 2020, a total of 80 patients with acne depressed scar admitted to Huludao Central Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The 2 groups were treated with super pulse CO_(2) laser, and the observation group was treated with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor gel. The treatment effects, scar symptom improvement, scab time and treatment safety were compared between the 2 groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS) score(5.54±0.39) and the depth of the scar base(96.44±3.99) μm in the observation group were significantly lower than the VSS score(6.39±0.54) and scar base depth(112.15±6.65) μm in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the crusting time(8.12±0.50) d and erythema duration(16.54±1.33) d in the observation group were significantly shorter than the crusting time(10.29±1.12) d and erythema duration(18.55±1.45) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide fractional laser can effectively improve scar symptoms, shorten the time of scab and duration of erythema, and significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acne depressed scar.
