摘要
药物的渗透性是影响口服药物生物利用度的一个关键性因素,如何准确高效地评估药物的渗透性在仿制药的研发和生产中十分重要。本文通过查阅和梳理文献,总结了几种常用肠道渗透性预测模型的原理、优缺点和最新进展,并重点介绍了平行人工膜渗透模型及其应用,为行业在药物渗透性的研究提供参考。
The permeability of drugs is one of the key factors affecting the bioavailability of oral drugs.How to accurately and efficiently evaluate the permeability of one drug is very important in the development and production of generic drugs.This article summarizes the principles,advantages and disadvantages,as well as the latest development of several commonly used intestinal permeability prediction models based on reviewing and combing the literature.We also focuses on the parallel artificial membrane permeability model and its application,providing some information and reference for the industry in drug permeability research.
