摘要
目的探讨以人文关怀为基础的优质护理在胸外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法将2018年5月至2020年6月于我院接受胸外科手术的50例患者根据护理方式不同分为对照组(25例,常规护理)和观察组(25例,以人文关怀为基础的优质护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、3、7 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,最大呼气峰流速占预计值百分比(PEF%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以人文关怀为基础的优质护理在胸外科手术患者中的应用效果显著,可改善疼痛程度、睡眠质量、心理状态、肺功能指标,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing based on humanistic care in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients underwent thoracic surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were divided into control group(25 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(25 cases,high quality nursing based on humanistic care)according to different nursing methods.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1,3 and 7 d after operation(P<0.05).After nursing,the pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and mental health syonptom Self-rating Checklist scale(SCL-90)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the percentage of peak expiratory flow to predicted value(PEF%),forced vital capacity(FVC)and percentage of forced expiratory volume in first second and its predicted value(FEV1%)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing based on humanistic care applied in patients with thoracic surgery has a significant effect,which can ameliorate the pain degree,sleep quality,psychological state,pulmonary function indexes,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
