摘要
目的:了解安徽省宣城市医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状及其影响因素,为进一步提高突发公共卫生事件应对能力提供参考。方法:抽取1555名医务人员作为调查对象,对突发公共卫生事件应急知识、态度、技能3个维度进行问卷调查,通过描述性统计分析、t检验、单因素方差分析、多重线性回归分析等方法进行数据分析。结果:医务人员卫生应急能力总分为(117.56±17.94),卫生应急知识维度得分最低,应急态度维度得分最高。多重线性回归分析显示,学历、医疗机构级别、是否具有职业资格证、是否参加过突发公共卫生事件相关培训、是否参加过应急演练、是否参加过应急救援行动是影响医务人员卫生应急能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员卫生应急能力处于中等水平,应注重卫生应急理论知识的学习和不同影响因素下的医务人员卫生应急能力培养,针对性地开展系统化和多元化的相关培训和应急演练活动。
Objective:To study the health emergency response capacity of medical workers and analyze its influencing factors in Xuancheng of Anhui province,so as to provide references for further improving the response capacity of public health emergencies.Methods:A total of 1555 medical staff were selected as the subject of the survey,and the three dimensions of emergency knowledge,attitude and skill of public health emergencies were surveyed,and the data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis,chi square test,univariate variance analysis and regression analysis.Results:The total score of health emergency response ability of medical staff was(117.56±17.94),and the lowest score was scored in health emergency knowledge dimension,and the highest score was scored in emergency attitude dimension.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,medical institution level,whether to have professional qualification,whether to participate in public health emergencies related training,whether to participate in emergency drills,and whether to participate in emergency assistance operations were the influencing factors of health emergency response ability of medical staff(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health emergency response capacity of medical staff is at a medium level,so it is necessary to focus on the medical staff’s learning health emergency theory knowledge and training health emergency capacity under different influencing factors,and accordingly to carry out systematic and diversified training and emergency drill activities.
