摘要
新的国际形势下,积极探索我国与欧洲特色小国的科技创新合作新路径、新模式,整合优质创新资源,对推动我国融入全球科技创新网络具有重要意义。本文介绍了塞浦路斯的科技创新体系、政策、绩效及特点,分析了中塞双边科技创新合作的潜力,探讨了双边合作的切入点,对未来中塞科技创新合作提出了若干建议。
In the new international situation,exploring new paths and modes for cooperation on science,technology and innovation(STI)between China and small European countries and integrating high-quality innovation resources are of great significance to promote China’s integration into the global STI network.This paper introduces Cyprus’s national STI system,policies,performance and characteristics,then analyzes the potential of Sino-Cyprus bilateral cooperation in terms of STI,explores the entry points of bilateral cooperation,and finally puts forward some suggestions for future Sino-Cyprus STI cooperation.
