摘要
“特岗计划”作为我国农村义务教育阶段学校教师队伍的重要补充机制,对推进城乡教育事业均衡发展发挥了重要作用。身份认同关系到特岗教师的职业发展及教师队伍的稳定,因受国家政策及特岗教师自身等诸多因素影响,特岗教师具有教师、准教师、特殊教师等多元身份且在认同上存在困境。要破解特岗教师身份认同困境,确保正式入编是根本策略,实现一体化管理是重要保障,提升自身综合素质是关键环节。
As an important supplementary mechanism for teachers in rural compulsory education,“special post plan”plays an important role in promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education.Identity is related to the professional development of special post teachers and the stability of the teaching staff.Due to the influence of national policies and special post teachers themselves and many other factors,special post teachers have multiple identities such as teachers,prospective teachers and special teachers,and they have difficulties in identity.In order to solve the dilemma of special post teachers’identity,ensuring formal enrollment is the fundamental strategy,realizing integrated management is an important guarantee,and improving their comprehensive quality is the key link.
