摘要
[目的]对中药材中农药应用现状和现代农药残留检测技术进行综述,以期为中药材中农药利用和监控提供可行性措施。[方法]通过查阅近10年中药材农药残留研究文献,对中药材中农药应用现状和现代农药残留检测技术进行汇总分析。[结果]中药材极易发生农药残留超标情况,已登记农药品种不能满足实际需求。现代农药残留检测技术主要包括气相色谱-(串联)质谱联用技术、液相色谱-(串联)质谱联用技术、超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术、免疫分析技术等。[结论]建议采取多种措施规范中药材中农药的合理应用,解决中药材中农药残留问题。
[Objective] The aim was to review the present situation of application in Chinese medical herbs and modern detection technology of pesticide residue,and propose some feasible measures for application and supervisory control of pesticides in Chinese medical herbs. [Method] The present situation of pesticides application in Chinese medical herbs and modern detection technologies of pesticide residue were summarized and analyzed by reviewing the literatures on pesticide residue study in Chinese medical herbs published over the past 10 years. [Results] Pesticide residues exceeding the standard were easy to occur for Chinese medical herbs. The registered pesticide products couldn’t meet the practical requirements. Modern pesticide residue detection technologies mainly included gas chromatography-(tandem)mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-(tandem)mass spectrometry,ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,immunoassay,etc. [Conclusion] Various measures should be taken to standardize the rational application of pesticides for Chinese medical herbs to solve the problems of pesticide residues in Chinese medical herbs.
