摘要
[目的]验证66.5%霜霉威盐酸盐水剂对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果以及对黄瓜的安全性。[方法]设置66.5%霜霉威盐酸盐水剂900、1 200、1 500 m L/hm^(2)3个处理浓度,在和县蔬菜科技示范园内进行了防治黄瓜霜霉病的田间药效试验。[结果]各药剂处理对黄瓜生长无明显不良影响,对天敌亦安全。66.5%霜霉威盐酸盐水剂对黄瓜霜霉病有很好的防效,900、1 200、1 500 m L/hm^(2)处理药后7 d的平均防效分别为64.60%、73.04%、76.76%,药后14 d的平均防效分别为68.91%、72.13%、79.62%。[结论]66.5%霜霉威盐酸水剂对黄瓜叶片有较好的保护作用,推荐施用剂量为1 200~1 500 m L/hm^(2),施药时期掌握在发病初期。
[Objective] The aim was to verify the control effect and safety of 66.5% propamocarb hydrochloride AS on cucumber downy mildew. [Method] The field efficacy test for controlling cucumber downy mildew were carried out in Hexian vegetable science and technology demonstration garden with 3 treatment concentrations of 66.5% propoxur hydrochloride AS at 900,1 200 and 1 500 mL/hm^(2). [Result] The treatments had no significant adverse effects on the growth of cucumber and were safe to natural enemies. 66.5% propamocarb hydrochloride had good control effect on cucumber downy mildew. The average control effects of 900,1 200and 1 500 mL/hm^(2) on 7 days after treatment were 64.60%,73.04% and 76.76%,respectively. The average control effects on 14 days after treatment were 68.91%,72.13% and 79.62%,respectively. [Conclusion]66.5% propamocarb hydrochloride had good protective effect on cucumber leaves,the recommended dosage was 1 200-1 500 mL/hm^(2),and the application period was in the early stage of disease.
