摘要
在当前国际海洋秩序革故鼎新的重要历史节点上,构建中国海洋文化话语体系成为塑造我国国家形象的重要手段与衡量我国国际话语权的重要指标。本文结合话语研究与文化研究相关理论,厘定中国海洋文化话语的概念内涵,构建包括物质文化、精神文化、社会文化和制度文化话语在内的中国海洋文化话语体系框架。在此基础上,本文提出构建中国海洋文化话语体系的生成话语、构建语料库、创新话语表达与提升话语权等四个具体路径。希望本研究能够为中国海洋文化话语体系的理论研究与建构实践提供参考借鉴。
At the crucial point of the current change of international maritime order, the construction of Chinese maritime cultural discourse system has become a significant means of shaping China’s national image and an important indicator of measuring China’s international discourse power. The present study intends to first define the Chinese maritime cultural discourse system, and then construct a conceptual framework for the study of the Chinese maritime cultural discourse system from the material, spiritual, social and institutional perspectives. Based upon the aforesaid research, the study will investigate the pathways for the construction of the Chinese maritime cultural discourse system, namely constructing a maritime discourse system, building a corpus of maritime discourse, innovating competence of maritime discourse expression, and improving maritime discourse power. It is expected that the study can provide reference for the theoretical research and actual construction of China’s maritime cultural discourse system.
