摘要
在用连铸坯轧制的特厚钢板中常发现有裂纹、凹坑和孔洞等缺陷,这可能与连铸坯的质量有关。除了宏观检验外,采用光学显微镜、两种类型的扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪检测了某钢厂生产的S355低合金钢连铸坯的显微组织、非金属夹杂物的形态和成分。结果表明:S355钢连铸坯的凝固组织由激冷层、柱状晶区和细晶区构成,没有明显的疏松和缩孔等缺陷,等轴晶率为43.4%;连铸坯中的非金属夹杂物为氮化物、硫化物和氧化物,主要为硫化物。
Super-thick steel plate rolled from continuous casting billet displays often defects such as crack,scallop,and void,which is perhaps related to quality of the continuous casting billet.In addition to macro-check,the microstructure,form and composition of non-metallic inclusion in S355 low-alloy steel continuous casting billet produced by a steel plant were detected by means of optical microscope,two types of scanning electron microscope and spectrometer.The results showed that(a)the S355 steel continuous casting billet exhibited solidification structure consisting of chilled layer,columnar crystal region and fine-grained region,was devoid of obvious defects such as looseness and shrinkage cavity,with percentage of equiaxed grains being 43.4%;and(b)non-metallic inclusions in the continuous casting billet were nitrides,sulfides and oxides,the sulfides being predominant.
