摘要
工程项目建设力度不断提升的同时,也对造价控制方面提出更高要求,因此,如何正确分析全过程与全生命周期工程造价管理的差异也成为备受关注的内容。本文简要阐述全过程与全生命周期工程造价管理的主要内容,以及如何通过对管理模式、时间跨度、决策科学性、设计难度、环保水平方面差异的研究,实现将全过程与全生命周期工程造价管理进行对比分析,以期能为提升工程造价管理水平打好基础。
With the continuous improvement of engineering project construction,higher requirements for cost control are also proposed.Therefore,how to correctly analyze the difference between thewhole-process project cost management and whole-life-cycle project cost managementalso becomes a topic of concern.This article briefly expounds the main content of whole-process project cost management and whole-life-cycle project cost management,and how to perform comparative analysis of the whole-process project cost management and the whole-life-cycle project cost managementthrough the researches on the differences in management mode,time span,scientific decision-making,design difficulty,and environmental protection level,in order to lay a solid foundation for improving the level of project cost management.
