Breast cancer(BC)is among the commonly diagnosed malignancies,which displaced lung cancer to become the most leading diagnosed cancer worldwide in 2020.^([1])Approximately 15%to 20%of BC patients are positive for the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 gene(Her-2)and exhibits a high degree of malignancy.However,the definition of Her-2 positivity remains controversial and fluctuating.
