膜技术处理铜氰废水的应用研究

摘要 某矿区现场氰化浸出液的Cu与Au质量比超过1800倍,由于采用石灰调酸碱度,溶液中Ca^(2+)浓度高达192.4 mg/L,硬度较高。为了充分回收其中的金、铜、氰,并将回收的氰进行回用,采用“膜处理+酸化吹脱+碱吸附+氰化物回用”工艺开展了铜金氰化贫液处理工艺研究。结果表明,该工艺的铜总体回收率大于90%,氰根回收率大于80%,金回收率大于85%,表明该工艺不仅可行,而且具有自动化程度高、环境友好、资源利用率高等优点;回收的氰化钠回用于前端的提金工艺具有经济价值。 The mass ratio of Cu and Au of an on-site cyanide leaching solution in mining area is more than 1800 times.Due to the use of lime for adjusting the pH,the concentration of Ca^(2+)in the solution reached up to 192.4 mg/L,indicating the high hardness.In order to fully recover gold,copper and cyanide,and recycle the cyanide,membrane,acidification blowoff,alkali adsorption and recycling cyanide process was carried out to study the treatment process of copper,gold and cyanide poor solution.The results showed that the overall recovery of copper,cyanide and gold is more than 90%,80%and 85%,respectively,which indicate that the process is feasible and has the advantages of high automation,environment-friendly and high resource utilization.The recovery of sodium cyanide used in the gold extraction process has economic value.
