摘要
从风电用直接纱拉丝工艺出发,选取一个风电用直接纱产品,从漏板流量、卷绕比、分拉工艺、工艺位置、工艺张力、工艺附件等方面分析了对纱线带宽均匀性的影响,总结了一些来自生产实践的可改善带宽均匀性的措施,以改善风电用纱织物缝隙问题。
Based on the process for drawing direct rovings used for wind turbine blades,a direct roving product was selected and used for analyzing the influences on the ribbonization uniformity of the roving by the aspects of bushing throughput,winding ratio,tandem collet drawing,process positioning,fiberizing tension,process accessories,etc.Some measures of improving the ribbonization uniformity in the production practice were summarized to overcome the gap problem of roving fabrics used for making wind blades.
