基于DOE的汽车外后视镜气动减阻优化

A Study on Optimization of Aerodynamic Drag Reduction in Exterior Rearview Mirrors Based on DOE

摘要 以国内某款SUV车型的汽车外后视镜作为研究对象,对后视镜进行形貌变形分析,提出基于试验设计的优化方法.对三维模型进行有限元网格无关性验证,通过仿真计算得到该车型初始造型的整车风阻系数C;和后视镜表面压力云图.选取后视镜上半部分形貌变形区域上与面网格贴合的控制点作为设计变量,利用均匀拉丁超立方选点方式对变形网格样本点抽样,通过STAR-CCM+软件进行整车气动阻力分析.并相比初始模型,得到最佳减阻方案在整车风阻系数和后视镜表面压力方面都有下降.最后,通过整车风洞试验对优化方案进行实验验证. Taking the exterior rearview mirror of a certain domestic SUV model as the research object, the shape deformation analysis of the rearview mirror was carried out, and an experimental optimization method based on design of experiment was proposed.The three-dimensional model was verified for the independence of the finite element grid, the wind resistance coefficient and the surface pressure cloud diagram of the initial vehicle model were obtained through simulation calculation.Select the control points where the top half of the rearview mirror deforms area and the surface grid fit as design variables, used the uniform latin hypercube method to sample the deformed grid sample points, and used the STAR-CCM+ software to perform the vehicle aerodynamic resistance analyze. Compared with the initial model, the optimal drag reduction scheme had a decrease in the vehicle drag coefficient and the surface pressure of the rearview mirror. Finally, the optimized scheme was verified experimentally through the vehicle wind tunnel test.
