摘要
为解决传统高校毕业生档案管理效果较差等问题,设计了基于“互联网+”背景下的高校毕业生档案管理系统。系统利用“互联网+”技术采集毕业生档案信息,信息经过滤和格式转换后存储至档案数据库,采用关联规则分类器高效率分类数据库的档案数据,依据用户需求将所需档案信息从数据库中抽取并发布,实现毕业生档案管理。经测试,该系统可以实现大规模的档案数据管理,且档案分类效率高,系统查全率、查准率均在97%以上,管理效果较好。
In order to solve the problem of poor archives management of traditional college graduates,a file management system for university graduates is designed based on the Internet plus.The system uses the“Internet plus”technology to collect graduates’archive information.After filtering and formatting conversion,the information is stored in the archive database.The association rules classifier is used to efficiently classify the archive data of the database,and the required archive information is extracted and published from the database according to the user needs,so as to realize the archives management of graduates.The testing results show that,the system can achieve large-scale file data management,and the file classification efficiency is high,the recall rate and precision rate of the system are more than 97%,and the management effect is good.
