斗篷山省级自然保护区大型真菌物种多样性 被引量:3

摘要 本文对斗篷山省级自然保护区大型真菌物种多样性进行了调查与分析,共采集大型真菌标本600多份。结合形态学和分子生物学的方法进行物种鉴定。结果表明:该保护区共有大型真菌204种,隶属于2门6纲16目57科123属。将大于等于10个种的科定为优势科,大于等于5个种的属定为优势属。其中优势科有多孔菌科(Polyporaceae)、小菇科(Mycenaceae)、红菇科(Russulaceae)、小皮伞科(Marasmiaceae),每个科所包含物种数分别占总种数的10.29%、7.84%、6.37%和4.90%,共计60种。优势属有乳菇属(Lactarius)、小菇属(Mycena)、虫草属(Cordyceps)、小皮伞属(Marasmius)、栓孔菌属(Trametes)共5属35种,占总种数的17.15%。对大型真菌的资源评价的结果显示,保护区内共有食用菌43种,药用菌49种,毒蘑菇12种,食药兼用菌13种。根据红色名录评价结果,有近危物种(NT)3种,无危物种(LC)77种,数据不足物种(DD)37种。中国特有种4种,其中白喇叭菌(Craterellus albidus)描述自斗篷山。本研究为斗篷山保护区大型真菌资源的保护和开发利用提供了基础数据。 We investigated and analyzed thespecies diversity of macrofungi in Doupengshan Provincial Nature Reserve.More than 600 specimens were collected.Morphological and molecular methods were used for species identification.The results showed that there were 204 species of macrofungi,belonging to 2 phyla,6 classes,16 orders,57 families and 123 genera.Families with more than 10 species were defined as the dominant families,and genera with more than 5 species were defined as the dominant genera.The dominant families included Polyporaceae,Mycenaceae,Russulaceae and Marasmiaceae;the number of species in each family accounted for 10.29%,7.84%,6.37%and 4.90%of the total;the species number of the four families reached up to 60.The dominant genera included Lactarius,Mycena,Cordyceps,Marasmius and Trametes;there were 35 species in the five genera,accounted for 17.15%of the total.The resource evaluation results showed that,there were 43 edible species,49 medicinal species,12 poisonous species,and 13 edible and medicinal species.According to the Red List,there were 3 near-threatened species,77 non-threatened species,and 37 data deficient species.Four species were endemic to China,including one newly described species(Craterellus albidus).This study has provided basic data for the protection and utilization of macrofungi resources in Doupengshan Nature Reserve.
