摘要
在以核心素养为导向的教育新时代,要想加快大学生综合素质培养,就应当全面转变新的教育教学工作模式,转变新的教学管理体系结构,推动核心素养培养管理,以此促进大学生的全面发展。但是在现阶段的教育教学管理基础上,教师注重的是对学生专业理论知识、专业技能、知识操作模式等方面的教育教学,因此很多大学生进入社会之后,难以实现持之以恒的工作,担当作为、主动工作、岗位精神等相关能力有所缺失。为此就要求相关的教育教学指导人员,在原有教学管理的基础上,重新调整教学模式,加快核心素养培育工作落实,培养大学生的优秀品质。为此本文在现有教学管理的基础上,对优秀品质培养的现状以及重要性进行观察,明确培养过程中存在的实际问题,继而提出相关的培养策略,以求加快内部培养,提升学生的综合能力,促使学生职业素养的全面提升。
In the new era of education oriented by core competences,in order to speed up the cultivation of College Students’ comprehensive quality,we should comprehensively change the new education and teaching work mode,change the new teaching management system structure,and promote the cultivation and management of core quality,so as to promote the all-round development of college students.However,on the basis of education and teaching management at this stage,teachers pay attention to the education and teaching of students’ professional knowledge,professional theoretical knowledge and professional skills.Therefore,many college students find it difficult to achieve persistent work after entering the society and lack of relevant abilities such as responsibility,initiative and post spirit.So,relevant education and teaching instructors are required to readjust the teaching mode on the basis of the original teaching management,speed up the implementation of the cultivation of core literacy,and cultivate the excellent quality of college students.Based on the existing teaching management,this paper observes the current situation and importance of excellent quality training,defines the practical problems existing in the training process,and then puts forward relevant training strategies in order to speed up the internal training,improve students’ comprehensive ability and promote the comprehensive improvement of students’ professional quality.
