摘要
目的分析重症脓毒性休克接受疏血通注射液治疗后对改善其微循环的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年12月郑州市第七人民医院收治的80例重症脓毒性休克患者,按随机分组法分为观察组(40例,接受疏血通注射液治疗)和对照组(40例,接受常规治疗)。对比两组治疗前后相关指标的改善情况。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组心指数、左心室射血分数、尿量检测值更大;乳酸、尿素氮、血肌酐检测值更小(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重症脓毒性休克患者的常规治疗基础上,加上疏血通注射液治疗方式,能改善尿量、血肌酐等指标,有效改善机体的微循环状态,促进恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection(疏血通注射液)on improving microcirculation in severe septic shock.Methods 80 patients with severe septic shock treated in Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases,treated with Shuxuetong injection)and control group(40 cases,treated with routine treatment).The improvement of relevant indexes before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the measured values of cardiac index,left ventricular ejection fraction and urine volume in the observation group were greater;the detection values of lactic acid,urea nitrogen and blood creatinine were smaller(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment of patients with severe septic shock,combined with Shuxuetong injection,it can improve urine volume,blood creatinine and other indicators,effectively improve the microcirculation state of the body and promote recovery.
