摘要
循证医学是医学界公认的一种研究方法和标准,基于循证证据所建立的诊疗指南为临床实践提供决策。叙事医学在国内的研究与推广的格局初步形成,是培养卓越医师的有效途径之一。以循证医学、叙事医学为指导,并通过与中医学进行结合,从循证医学证据最佳、循证指南更新决策、提高医师德才、提高师生教学效果、提高医患诊疗共识五个方面中逐步有序地渗透循证医学、叙事医学理念。其目的是提升临床治疗效果,建立良好的医患关系,开拓新的培养模式,这有利于推动阐释中医药的内涵与外延。
Evidence-based medicine is a research method and standard recognized by the medical community.Diagnosis and treatment guidelines established based on evidence-based evidence provide decision-making for clinical practice.The pattern of research and promotion of narrative medicine in the country has taken initial shape,which is one of the effective ways to train outstanding doctors.This article is guided by evidence-based medicine and narrative medicine,combined with traditional Chinese medicine,from the best evidence-based medicine evidence,updated evidence-based guidelines for decision-making,improved doctors'integrity and ability,improved the teaching effect of teachers and students,and improved the consensus of doctors and patients on diagnosis and treatment.Gradually and orderly infiltrate the concepts of evidence-based medicine and narrative medicine in the five aspects.The purpose is to enhance the clinical treatment effect,establish a good doctor-patient relationship,develope new training models.This is conducive to promoting the interpretation of the connotation and extension of traditional Chinese medicine.
