生物质燃料锅炉脱硝技术研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 生物质燃料中有80%以上的氮在燃烧过程中都会转化成NOX,因此对生物质锅炉燃烧氮氧化物排放控制技术是不可忽视的问题。了解NOX的排放与锅炉运行之间的关系,是工程上实现生物质锅炉低氮燃烧的关键所在。从生物质锅炉燃烧条件下NOX的生成机理出发,综述了国内外学者对NOX排放的控制技术:低氮燃烧技术和烟气脱硝技术。分析两种技术控制NOX排放的原理、方法、优点和不足,并对目前控制NOX排放的研究热点进行展望,为生物质锅炉运行高效低NOX排放技术提供参考。 More than 80%of nitrogen in biomass fuel will be converted into NO in the combustion process,so the emission control technology of nitrogen oxides combustion in biomass boiler is a problem that cannot be ignored.Understanding the relationship between NO emission and boiler operation is the key to achieve low nitrogen combustion of biomass boilers in engineering.Based on the formation mechanism of NO under the combustion condition of biomass boiler,this paper summarized the domestic and foreign scholars’control technology of NO emission:low nitrogen combustion technology and flue gas denitrification technology.The principle,method,advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies for controlling NO emission are analyzed,and the current research hotspots for controlling NO emission are prospected,so as to provide reference for the technology of high efficiency and low NO emission in biomass boiler operation.
