摘要
以磁性纳米Fe_(3)O_(4)为基底材料,通过对其进行硅烷化包裹及聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)表面交联修饰,制备了一种复合磁性纳米吸附剂(PEI@SiO2@Fe_(3)O_(4))。考察了Cu^(2+)初始浓度、pH值、吸附时间、温度对PEI@SiO2@Fe_(3)O_(4)吸附Cu^(2+)效果影响,构建了吸附动力学及吸附等温线模型,并考察了PEI@SiO2@Fe_(3)O_(4)重复利用性能。结果表明,在25℃、pH=6.0、吸附反应20 min的条件下,PEI@SiO2@Fe_(3)O_(4)对Cu^(2+)具有最佳吸附效果,最大吸附容量为71.94 mg/g;吸附过程遵循准二级动力学模型及Langmuir吸附等温模型;PEI@SiO2@Fe_(3)O_(4)可通过0.05 mol/L的Na2EDTA溶液(pH=4.5)解析再生后重复利用。PEI@SiO2@Fe_(3)O_(4)可作为一种新型磁性吸附剂用于废水中Cu^(2+)的吸附去除。
Magnetic nano-Fe_(3)O_(4)was prepared and used as the core construction material.A composite magnetic nano-adsorbent(PEI@SiO@Fe_(3)O_(4))was prepared by silanization and surface crosslinking modification of polyethyleneimine(PEI).The effects of initial concentration of Cu,pH value,adsorption time,and temperature on the adsorption of PEI@SiO@Fe_(3)O_(4)on Cu^(2+)were investigated.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm model were established,and the regeneration performance of PEI@SiO@Fe_(3)O_(4)was evaluated.The results indicated that PEI@SiO@Fe_(3)O_(4)has the optimum adsorption efficiency for Cu^(2+)under the conditions of 25℃,pH=6.0 and 20 min,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 71.94 mg/g.The adsorption process could be well expressed by pseudo-second-order model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.The PEI@SiO@Fe_(3)O_(4)could be regenerated by 0.05 mol/L NaEDTA solution and has good reusability.The PEI@SiO@Fe_(3)O_(4)can be used as an alternative adsorbent for removal of Cu^(2+)from wastewater.
