摘要
居民垃圾源头分类对于促进垃圾无害化、减量化和资源循环利用具有重要意义。基于1616份北京市居民调查问卷,通过模型定量分析北京市政府垃圾分类宣传对于居民垃圾分类态度及意愿的影响。结果表明:政策宣传频率和多样化宣传方式均可提升居民垃圾分类的态度及意愿;垃圾分类态度在政策宣传和意愿中具有中介效应;电视、宣传栏、条幅和宣传单页方式最为有效,经济激励无法提升居民态度。基于研究结论提出北京市垃圾分类宣传建议。
Waste classification at source is of great significance to promote the harmless treatment and reduction of waste as well as resource recycling.Based on 1616 questionnaires of Beijing residents,the influence of Beijing government’s waste classification publicity on residents’attitude and willingness of waste classification is quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the frequency of policy publicity and variety of publicity methods can improve residents’attitude and willingness of waste classification.Attitude toward waste classification has a mediating effect between policy publicity and willingness;Publicize through television,column,banner,leaflets are the most effective methods,and economic incentives cannot improve residents’attitude.Based on the research conclusions,suggestions for the waste classification publicity in Beijing are put forward.
