摘要
胆固醇是动物体内一种重要的固醇类物质,是动物细胞膜的重要组成成分,还是类固醇激素形成的前体物质,协调参与机体内糖类、脂肪和蛋白质等营养物质的代谢活动。甲壳动物不能由乙酸从头合成胆固醇,需要依靠饮食补充机体对于胆固醇的需求。本文从胆固醇对于甲壳动物的生理作用以及胆固醇在甲壳动物中的吸收转运机制为切入点,综述了甲壳动物对胆固醇的需求量,并探讨了不同饲料原料及饲料营养组成对于甲壳动物胆固醇需求量的影响,以及饲料胆固醇含量对甲壳动物生长、体成分、健康和繁殖的影响,以期为深入开展胆固醇在甲壳动物中的作用机理研究及开发甲壳动物饲料胆固醇添加剂提供科学依据。
Cholesterol is an important steroid substance in the animal body,an important component of animal cell membranes,and a precursor substance for the formation of steroid hormones. It coordinates and participates in the metabolism of nutrients such as sugar,fat and protein in the body. Crustaceans cannot synthesize cholesterol from acetic acid and need to rely on diet to supplement the body’s demand for cholesterol. Starting from the physiological effects of cholesterol on crustaceans and the absorption and transport mechanism of cholesterol in crustaceans,this paper summarized the requirements of crustaceans for cholesterol,and discussed the effects of different feed ingredients and dietary nutritional composition on crustacean cholesterol requirements,and the effects of dietary cholesterol content on the growth,body composition,health and reproduction of crustaceans,in order to provide scientific basis for in-depth research on the mechanism of cholesterol in crustaceans and the development of crustacean feed cholesterol additives.
