致密气藏气井提产后动态变化及影响因素--以鄂尔多斯盆地东胜气田锦58井区为例 被引量:9

摘要 为了充分认识致密砂岩气藏产水气井上调产量后的动态变化,以鄂尔多斯盆地北缘东胜气田的锦58井区为研究对象,通过对提产井按提产幅度、液气比大小分级,分析了整体以及单井的压力、弹性产率、递减率、预测最终采出气量EUR等生产动态指标,总结提产后气井的生产规律,同时对产生的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明:①气井上调产量后会伴随压力瞬降,且随着提产比例的增大,压力及EUR损失越大;②提产气井液气比越高,提产后对压力、EUR影响也越大。结论认为:①在满足产量需求的同时还应保证气井稳定的生产,致密含水气藏提产气井应尽量优选液气比小于3 m^(3)/10^(4) m^(3)的气井,并且要将提高配产比例尽量控制在50%以下;②致密含水气藏开发过程中应通过合理配产将生产压差控制在合理范围内,确保近井地带的压降速度和地层流动能力,延缓气井进入低压阶段,保证后期连续稳定生产,提高单井EUR。 In order to sufficiently understand the dynamic change of water-producing gas well in tight sandstone gas reservoir after increasing its production rate,Jin 58 well area,Dongsheng gasfield,northern margin of Ordos Basin,was taken as an objective.And the overall and single-well production dynamic indicators,including pres⁃sure,elastic production rate,decline rate,and estimated ultimate reserves(EUR),were analyzed by classifying the production increasing wells in terms of production-increasing amplitude and liquid/gas ratio.Then,the produc⁃tion laws after increasing production were summarized,and the reasons were found out.Results show that(1)af⁃ter increasing the production rate,the instantaneous pressure drop occurs.And pressure and EUR loss increase with the increase of production-increasing proportion;and(2)the higher the liquid/gas ratio of production-increas⁃ing gas well,the greater the influence on pressure and EUR after increasing production.In conclusion,the sta⁃ble production shall be guaranteed if the demand of production rate is satisfied.The production-increasing well in water-bearing tight gas reservoir shall be that with liquid/gas ratio less than 3 m^(3)/10^(4 )m^(3),and to increase the proration ratio shall be controlled lower than 50%.What's more,in the development of water-bearing tight gas reservoir,the production-pressure difference shall be controlled by means of reasonable proration,so as to ensure the pressure drop velocity and formation flowing capacity near wellbore,delay the low pressure stage,en⁃sure the continuous and stable production in the late stage,and improve the single-well EUR.
