摘要
医保支付改革政策的大环境下,医保支付方式不断变化,每一步改革都给医院的医保管理带来巨大的挑战。该文即是在国家密集出台各种医疗保障制度、医保支付改革政策的前提下,分析医院医保精细化管理的必要性,提出加强医院医保精细化管理的措施,为医疗机构提高医保精细化管理提供可行建议。
Under the environment of medical insurance payment reform policy,the medical insurance payment method is constantly changing,and each step of reform brings huge challenges to the hospital's medical insurance management.This article is to analyze the necessity of the refined management of hospital medical insurance under the premise of the country's intensive introduction of various medical security systems and medical insurance payment reform policies,and then to put forward measures to strengthen the refined management of hospital medical insurance,and to provide some feasible suggestions for medical institutions to improve the refined management of medical insurance.
