摘要
随着电网运行的智能化和信息化,越来越多的变电站面临着保护改造、综合自动化改造等问题。500 kV线路保护更换作为常见的保护更换工作类型,在多个作业现场发生过因操作不当和管控不力导致的跳闸和告警事件。从工前准备、现场施工和工后总结三个阶段对线路保护更换的全过程管控进行梳理总结,尤其对运行设备搭接调试这一高风险工作进行分析,提出以对应一次设备是否停电为依据确定持票和实施原则,确保现场作业安全性和规范性,为超高压线路保护更换工作顺利开展提供依据和参考。
With the intelligentization and informatization of power grid,more and more substations are facing problems such as protection devices and comprehensive automation replacement.500 kV line protection replacement is a common type of protection replacement work,and there are still many risk points and lack of management and control in the whole process.The whole process control of line protection replacement is summaried from the three stages of pre-construction preparation,on-site construction and post construction summary.The high-risk work of overlapping commissioning of operating equipment are especially analyzed.It is proposed to determine the ticket holding and implementation principles based on whether the corresponding primary equipment is powered off,so as to ensure the safety and standardization of on-site operation,and provide basis and reference for the smooth replacement of EHV line protection.
