摘要
铬革渣是制革工业废弃物,经碱水解脱铬提取蛋白质.蛋白质与作为载体的糠麸混合,烃干燥后粉碎,制成饲料蛋白粉.剩余的碱性滤渣用硫酸提取硫酸铬,该盐可作为铬鞣剂,提铬后的酸性滤渣可用作花肥.
A procedure for extraction of protein and Cr (Ⅲ) from the scraps of chrome leather from leather industry was suggested. The scraps were hy-drolyzed under basic condition to remove chromium compound and then extracted to remove proteins. The proteins extracted were mixed with bran and used as feed protein after drying and powdering. The basic residue was treated with sulfuric acid for obtaining chrome (Ⅲ) sulfate that can be used as tanning agent again and the acidic residue become flower fertilizer.
