Technical transformation practice of main ventilator in Baidong Well

摘要 矿井主要通风机是煤矿安全生产的重要保障,以白洞井工程为背景,针对该矿西回风主要通风机供风量不能满足安全生产需要的实际,分析了主要通风机在运行过程中存在的现实问题,提出升级改造方案并进行实践。升级改造后的通风机达到了节能高效、使用合理、安全运行等目的,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The main ventilator in the mine is an important guarantee for the safety of coal mine production.Taking the Baidong Well project as the background,in view of the fact that the air supply volume of the main ventilator in the west return air of the mine cannot meet the needs of safe production,the reality of the main ventilator in the operation process was analyzed.It was put forward the upgrading and transformation plan and put it into practice.The upgraded ventilator achieved the goals of energy saving,high efficiency,reasonable use and safe operation,and had good economic and social benefits.
