特厚煤层综放工作面放煤工艺优化研究 被引量:4

Research on optimization of coal caving technology in fully-mechanized caving face of extra-thick coal seam

摘要 为提高塔山煤矿特厚煤层综放工作面顶煤回收率、降低含矸率,以8310工作面为背景,采用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方法,用CDEM离散元软件分别建立单轮顺序放煤、单轮间隔放煤、分段间隔四级放煤和分段间隔三级放煤数值模型,分析对比4种不同放煤方法的特点及放煤效果,并进行了现场验证。结果表明,采用分段间隔三级放煤法的放煤效果最好,提高了工作面顶煤回收率及精煤产出率,为类似条件综放工作面提供理论与实践依据。 In order to improve the recovery rate of top coal in the fully-mechanized caving face of Tashan Coal Mine and reduce the gangue content,taking the 8310 working face as the background,the method of combining numerical simulation and field test was adopted,and the discrete element software of CDEM was used to establish a single-round sequential caving respectively.Numerical models of coal,single-round interval caving,stage-spaced four-stage coal caving,and stage-spaced three-stage coal caving.The characteristics of 4 different coal caving methods were analyzed and compared,and the coal caving effects of the 4 coal caving methods were verified on the production site.The results showed that the three-stage coal caving method with subsection interval had the best coal caving effect and improved the working face.Top coal recovery rate and clean coal output rate provided theoretical and practical basis for fully-mechanized caving face with similar conditions.
