摘要
开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)的定子和转子呈双凸极结构,其电磁特性具有高度的非线性,因此调速控制存在一定困难。为进行SRM调速控制,文章分析APC运行时开通角和关断角对相电流的影响,据此提出一种开关磁阻电机APC调速控制策略,利用开通角的调节实现电机转速稳定,减小非线性因素对调速的影响。在MATLAB/Simulink软件中搭建换相逻辑控制,功率变换器等模块,实现转速闭环控制。给出APC稳态运行时,电机相电流、转矩波形,通过仿真波形验证所提出的开通角稳速控制策略的有效性。
The stator and rotor of switched reluctance motor(SRM)are a doubly salient structure,and its electromagnetic characteristics are highly nonlinear,so there are some difficulties in speed control.In order to carry out SRM speed control,this paper analyzes the influence of turn-on angle and turn-off angle on phase current when APC is running,and puts forward an APC speed control strategy of switched reluctance motor,which uses the adjustment of turn-on angle to stabilize motor speed and reduces the influence of nonlinear factors on speed regulation.The modules such as commutation logic control and power converter are built in MATLAB/Simulink software,and the speed closed-loop control is realized.The phase current and torque waveforms of the motor during the steady-state operation of APC are given,and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by simulation.
