摘要
为了深度了解成渝双城经济圈生态文明建设水平,把握城市生态文明建设水平的变化趋势,从生态文明建设的驱动力—压力—状态—影响—响应五个系统出发构建32个指标,结合熵权计算权重再利用TOPSIS模型对成渝2009—2018年生态文明建设水平进行了评价,结果表明:成渝两市生态文明建设水平整体向好,发展趋势稳定。根据生态文明建设评价标准以及从各子系统层看,重庆市驱动力系统发展动力强劲、建设水平很好;压力系统建设水平良好;状态系统与影响系统建设水平较差。成都市驱动力系统与影响系统建设水平较好;压力系统建设水平良好;状态系统与响应系统较差。
In order to profoundly understand the eco-civilization development level of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Belt,we construct 32 indicators from the angle of 5 systems-driving force,pressure,status,effect and response,and combining the entropy weight we use the TOPSIS model to evaluate it from 2009 to 2018.Our research indicates that its overall trend is positive and stable.According to the evaluation standard and subsystems of eco-civilization development we find that Chongqing’s driving force system is strong and well-built,its pressure system goes pleasantly,but its status and effect systems are poorly-built.In comparison Chengdu’s driving force and effect systems are well-built,its pressure system goes smoothly,but its status and response systems are poorly-operated.
