摘要
针对含多级战斗部和发动机的全备导弹易出现销毁不完全的问题,对销毁导弹的结构进行了分析,分析了不同销毁方法的利弊,确定了直列装药的销毁方案。通过数值模拟验证了直列装药的殉爆能力。进行了全备导弹的销毁试验,从高速录像、冲击波超压、爆破坑以及回收破片情况判断导弹销毁完全。研究结果表明采用直列装药对含多级战斗部和发动机的导弹进行销毁的方法可行,可为弹药报废处理提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of incomplete destruction of fully equipped missiles with multi-stage warheads and engines,a method of blasting destruction with in-line charges was proposed.The structure of the missile to be destroyed was analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of different destruction methods were compared,the destruction proposal of the inline charge was determined,and the detonation capability of the inline charge was verified through numerical simulation.The destruction of the fully equipped missile was carried out,and the destruction of the missile was judged from high-speed video recording,shock wave overpressure,blasting pits,and fragments.The research results show that the method of destroying missiles containing multi-stage warheads and engines by using in-line charges is feasible,and this method can provide a new reference for the disposal of ammunition scrap.
