摘要
目的分析紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗对口腔癌患者外周血细胞免疫等指标的影响。方法根据化疗方案不同,将武警广东总队医院于2019年2月至2020年1月收治的100例口腔癌患者分为对照组50例(紫杉醇化疗)、观察组50例(紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗)。对比2组治疗前后的外周血细胞免疫指标、治疗效果、化疗不良反应以及生活质量变化。结果①外周血细胞免疫指标:治疗前各项指标相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)水平高于对照组、CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗效果:观察组治疗有效率84%高于对照组(P<0.05);③化疗不良反应:对照组不良反应发生率为22%,观察组为20%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);④生活质量:观察组生活质量改善率高于对照组(44%与20%,P<0.05)。结论在口腔癌化疗中联合应用紫杉醇和顺铂可以有效调节细胞免疫功能,改善生活质量,且安全性有保证。
Objective To analyze the effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy on peripheral blood cell immunity and other indicators of patients with oral cancer.Methods According to different chemotherapy regimens,100 patients with oral cancer admitted to the Guangdong Armed Police Corps Hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group(n=50,paclitaxel chemotherapy)and observation group(n=50,paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy).The peripheral blood cell immune indicators,treatment effects,adverse reactions to chemotherapy and changes in quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the peripheral blood cell immune indicators before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD4^(+),and CD3^(+)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(84%)than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse effects rate in the control group(22%)was higher than that in the observation group(20%)with no significant difference(P>0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(44%vs 20%,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of paclitaxel and cisplatin in oral cancer chemotherapy can effectively regulate cellular immune function and improve the quality of life.The safety of this method is guaranteed.
